This webinar will explore the benefits and strategies to implement a successful P3 development project for on-campus student housing and other auxiliary infrastructure needs using external developer funds. It will discuss how higher education institutions can partner with private developers to design, build, and manage infrastructure on campuses, including residence halls or campus-based hotels.

The meeting will be held at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. AGB will make reservations for each participant at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa. The registration fee includes two private rooms for two nights.
Royal Palms is served by Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (15-minute drive). Taxi service is available from the airports.
The registration fee for the institute is $8,475 per two-member team.
The registration fee includes program expenses for both the board chair and the president, private lodging for two nights, meals during the Institute, and program materials.
This program is available only to board chairs and presidents of independent institutions that are members of AGB.
Due to the intensive nature of the Institute, spouses and families are not included in the program. The curriculum is designed with a strong emphasis on developing the chair-president relationship through private interaction and collaboration; it makes full use of the participants' time throughout the three-day meeting. AGB will issue a full refund if written notification of cancellation is provided to AGB by November 7, 2018, for the winter program. AGB will issue refunds after the meeting.
