Natalie E.M. Boehm has more than a decade of experience advancing institutional effectiveness, strategic planning, board engagement, and organizational leadership. She partners with college and university governing boards, presidents, and senior leadership teams to strengthen governance practices, support leadership transitions, and build organizational capacity.

As a senior director within the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB), Natalie has led the development and growth of leadership and board development consulting services, overseeing client engagements, consulting practice strategy, and relationship management for institutions across the higher education sector. Her work focuses on helping institutions navigate complex governance challenges while fostering effective board-president partnerships and leadership excellence.

Prior to joining AGB, Natalie held leadership roles at the University of Houston-Downtown, where she supported executive leadership, strategic planning initiatives, and university-wide operational improvement efforts. She has also worked in research centers and academic institutions in both the United States and the United Kingdom, leading partnership development, stakeholder engagement, communications, and program management initiatives.

Professional Credentials

Natalie holds a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Roanoke College.
