Who Should Attend

AGB’s Fall Workshop 2007 offers a stellar opportunity for board members, board chairs, presidents, and senior staff from independent colleges and universities to learn first-hand the practices and policies that will help them jumpstart the strategically critical work of four key committees.

Participants focus on how their chosen committee can function at its highest possible level to productively engage all members, contribute strategically to the work of the full board, and support the mission of the institution and its senior management.

Each track is lead by an experienced facilitator with in-depth knowledge of each committee’s responsibilities, strategic calendar, and relationships with the board and senior administration.

Additional learning and networking opportunities at the workshop include three preliminary sessions (separate registration required) and two plenaries (for all participants.)
