Three ways to register for the conference, all start with the Conference Registration Form.
1. Register Online - fill in the blanks and click the "submit" button. What could be easier?
2. Mail completed registration form with payment information to:

3. Fax completed registration form with payment information to 202/223-7053.
- Registration forms without credit card or purchase order information will not be processed.
- Use only one method to submit your registration
- AGB will mail a written confirmation to each attendee
- If you do not receive a confirmation letter seven days prior to the meeting, please call AGB at 202/296-8400
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.
AGB will issue a full refund if written notification of cancellation is postmarked by Feb. 19, 2008. After that date, AGB will deduct a 25% administrative fee.
AGB is unable to issue refunds for attendees who fail to cancel before Feb. 29, 2008. If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome in your place at no additional charge.
AGB will issue refunds after the conference.
AGB is not responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, or hotels.
